RLA completed a total transformation of our kitchen and utility room over the course of 4 weeks in August 2023. The whole process from initial consultation to delivery was exceptional.
We had lurched from bespoke kitchens to all the usual high street names, trying to find the perfect blend of quality and value and were getting frustrated when we found Masterclass and RLA.
Adam was consistently working with us to tweak the designs, providing updated visuals and helping us with suggestions to try and meet our wishes on our budget and as we neared the decision on whether to go ahead we felt no pressure.
Once we had committed to RLA, the whole process was brilliant. From the scheduling of trades, to how polite everyone was, to the cleanliness and consideration. Everything went smoothly and was completed on schedule. We were even away on holiday for two weeks and felt absolutely no sense of concern.
We had our entire kitchen redeveloped, along with our pantry. Lighting, plumbing, heating, electrics, all the units, including new integrated fridge, cookers etc.
We're thrilled with the results and hopefully the pictures do it justice. The internals of the units are beautiful. The workmanship and quality is top-notch.
